Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains what personal data louiedager.io handles, why, and the choices you have. In short: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies. Nothing from YouTube loads unless you allow it.

Who is responsible

The site is run by and for Louie Dager. For any privacy question or request, contact management at wouter@wadamusic.nl.

What we collect and why

  • When you email us (bookings, press, questions), we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to handle the booking or request, and keep it as long as needed for that and for normal business records.
  • Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically processes technical data when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, and is kept only for a limited period under the host’s retention rules.

We do not sell or share your personal information, use it for advertising, or build profiles. We don’t use analytics or tracking tools.

Cookies and local storage

The site’s fonts, scripts and images are all served from our own server, so visiting doesn’t send your data to Google Fonts or other third parties.

Links to other services

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, SoundCloud, Instagram and YouTube take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how it is used, and receive a copy of it. This includes rights under the EU/UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). To use any of these rights, email wouter@wadamusic.nl. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: replying to your messages and handling bookings (steps towards a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering you), running and securing the site (legitimate interest), and optional media embeds (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

International transfers

Our hosting and management may involve servers and people in the United States and the European Union. Where data moves between them, we rely on the safeguards required by law.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We’ll update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
