These terms apply to your use of louiedager.io (the “site”), the official website of Louie Dager (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, scraping it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful.
2. Music, video, images and branding
The music, recordings, videos, photographs, release artwork, the Louie Dager name and logo, and the site’s design and text are owned by Louie Dager or by the respective record labels, photographers and licensors (including Gritty Records, Duff Music, Sacudan Records, NastyFunk Records and Mirage Photo). They are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, download, re-upload, edit, sell or use them commercially without written permission.
Press and promoters may use official press materials supplied by management for editorial coverage and event promotion featuring Louie Dager. For anything else, ask first.
3. Bookings and enquiries
Booking enquiries sent through this site or by email are not a confirmed booking. A performance is only confirmed once a written agreement has been signed with Louie Dager’s management (wouter@wadamusic.nl).
4. Show dates and information
We try to keep releases, show dates and other information accurate and up to date, but details can change. Tickets are sold by promoters and ticketing platforms, not by us, and their terms apply to any purchase.
5. Other websites and services
The site links to and can embed content from services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, SoundCloud, Instagram and YouTube. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.
6. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence applies.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
